If you had decided to “Take advantage” of Sophie, you will start the day with Monica.
Otherwise, it will be Sophie who will be in your room.
This is also determinant for your destiny later on, as they are not the same routes.
If you want to play another route, just go back to the beginning of v0.6 and choose the opposite option to the one you have chosen.
